Agreement

These terms apply between you and Turagh Technologies, of Kolkata, West Bengal and Delhi / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Using this site, creating an account or sending us a brief means you accept them.

Our privacy notice explains what we do with the information you give us and forms part of these terms.

What this site is

A description of our services and a way to reach us. Everything on it is general information about what we do. It is not security, legal or financial advice, and nothing here creates an engagement on its own.

Sending an enquiry or a brief is a request, not a contract. Work begins only once we have both agreed scope, price and timing in writing.

Your account

• Give accurate details, and keep them current.
• Your password is yours to protect. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
• One account per person. Do not share credentials.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, or where we are required to. Where we can, we will tell you why.

What you send us

You keep ownership of everything you submit — briefs, messages and files. You grant us permission to store and use it for the purpose of responding to you and carrying out the work.

By submitting it, you confirm that:

• you have the right to share it with us;
• it does not infringe anyone else's rights;
• it contains no malicious code;
• where it contains other people's personal information, you are entitled to pass it on.

Attachments are limited in size and type, and we may decline anything outside those limits.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• attempt to gain access to any account, system or data that is not yours;
• probe, scan or test our infrastructure without written permission — including tooling you would otherwise use professionally;
• submit automated or bulk traffic, or work around the limits on our forms;
• use the site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material;
• copy or republish the contents of the site without our permission.

We monitor for abuse and rate-limit our forms. Persistent misuse ends in access being withdrawn.

Security research

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this site, tell us at contact@turagh.com before you tell anyone else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Do not access data that is not yours, degrade the service for others, or run destructive tests. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith on that basis.

Engagements

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timing, confidentiality and ownership of what we produce. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Findings and reports we produce are prepared for you, on the systems and at the time agreed. They describe what we observed then, and are not a warranty about anything afterwards.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. It may be taken down for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw parts of it. Nothing on this site is offered with a service level unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the site.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the agreement covering that work.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. If a change materially affects an account you hold, we will tell you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
